Larry -

Well, since this is a Drake reflector and you're asking here, perhaps 
it's a remote unit for either the DRAKE C-4, RC-4, or CS-7 Remote 
Antenna Switch??

If so, it expects 24 VAC @ 2A to activate the motor.  ??    The Common 
is Pin 8 of the terminal strip, and Pins 1 - 5 select each antenna.  Pin 
6 Grounds all antennas.
