Larry,
If it is in fact an RSV-8V, mine uses 12V dc to control the relays.
I've had it quite awhile and works great. Isolation at a KW doesn't
appear to be an issue. I've always liked the idea of switching and
grounding all the antennas outside the house. If your in need of a
manual, let me know.
