[Drake] AC-3/AC-4 Power Supply Parts Needed

With the AC3, and no top cover (it did have a bottom cover).
PLEASE be careful in how you replace the caps!

The outside of most of the AC3 caps were covered with carboard.  That kept 
you away from the high voltage.  The outsides of the caps "floated" as 
they were used in voltage doubler circuits.

I saw a rebuilt AC3 on the e-pay site and ask the seller to forward my 
comment to the new owner about the dangers of the way the caps had 
been replaced.  The 1d10t told me that he was not a technical person and 
would not forward "rumor" data.  Most likely the new owner is a SK now.
