[Drake] TR-7 Assistance

Hello All,

I fired up my Drake TR7 and it has a problem.  40 meters is the only band that
is at the correct frequency.  When I select the other bands, the frequencies are
no correct, because they are outside the amateur radio bands.  I tried to push
the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons with the band switch at different positions, and
cannot get the correct frequencies.  With the tuning dial set to zero, I get the
following:

28.5 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 27.500Mhz
21 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 20.000Mhz
14 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 13.000Mhz
7 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 7.000Mhz (works
fine)
5 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 5.000Mhz
3.5 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 2.500Mhz
2.5 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 1.500Mhz
1.5 selected on the band switch the digital display indicates 1.500Mhz

Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated.
