[Drake] TR-7 Questions

I would appreciate help on three questions regarding the TR-7:

1.  How do I remove the aluminum skirt under the main tuning knob?

2.  How does one remove the black trim plate attached to the front panel
that is around the main tuning knob?

3.  Where can one buy replacements for the smallest knobs (like the power
on/audio volume knob), or can I buy just the spun aluminum for those
knobs?
