[Drake] Need help for Drake retirement party

I have been contacted by Jeff Hupperts of the RL Drake company with the 
request below.  After discussion with Jeff, he said to feel free to ask the 
Drake user community via the listservers.  This party is not really a 
surprise so pass it on.

He needs the items before close of business Monday, so if you can get them
