[Drake] Replacement Electrolytic Capacitors

Tom has updated his website to show at least part of the line of
replacement electrolytic capacitor kits that he offers for Drake and
other equipment.

These caps are attractive and well designed, having the same basing
style as the originals and 105 degree C rated capacitors, and reasonably
priced.
