[Drake] Homebrew a Drake RV75/R7 Adapter

I just finished successfully homebrewing a 1544 adapter to connect my RV75 to 
my R7A.  I prepared an article on how I did it, should anyone out there in 
Drake land wish to build their own 1544 adapter.  Just drop me an email and I'll
