[Drake] Heil HC4 elemen with Drake C-line

Heil Sound has something called an XT-1, a simple matching transformer 
that you can wire up yourself. It's just an audio transformer so I 
imagine you can get one at any number of other places too. 

I use the HC-5 element (in a BM-10 headset) with my Drake B-Line through 
an NCS-3240 multiswitcher handling the impedance transformation. Works 
just fine - sounds great.
