[Drake] Heil HC4 elemen with Drake C-line

Heil has a special line that's called the Vintage Line and yes it contains  a 
matching transformer, but the mike element is special as well.  
 
The Vintage Line Heil sounds great on the old Hallicrafters HT-37 and the  
Drake T4XB.
