[Drake] T4XC dial lamps

Hi John,

Maybe you need smaller fingers, hi.  With all my experimenting with the 
LED replacement lamps I've had the meter lamp socket in and out of my 
TX4C a couple dozen times.  True it isn't as nice as the R4C, but I've 
never had to remove anything.  I would just slide it down and it would 
then pullback to provide access for bulb removal.  The only problem I 
could imagine is if the lamp wires might be to short on your socket to 
allow enough movement.
