[Drake] T4XC dial lamps

I have changed the dial lamps in my R4C and the dial
lamp for the dial on the T4XC, but the lamp for the
plate meter on the T4XC appears to be difficult to
change without taking bunches of stuff loose.

Anyone have any tips for changing the meter light on
the T4XC sithout taking things apart? thanks and 73,
