[Drake] Viking help

Hello all,
	I recently acquired a Johnson Valaint to accompany my Drake 
2-B.  Although not a Drake question, I was hoping someone might point 
me in the right direction,  All five switch knobs across the bottom 
are missing the little while insert pointer.  Does anyone know where 
I can get either the whits(ivory) inserts or some new/old knobs?  I 
need only five.  I'll check on the other reflectors as well as here.
	Someone suggested "toothpick" inserts...ugh!
