[Drake] R-4B transceive adjustment made convenient

Chris -

I used one of those back in the 60's before I got matching color-coded 
crystals for my three B-Lines.  They were running autostart TTY on 
14.075 MHz, 24/7, with the receivers crystal controlled.

One receiver needed C-61 turned down to where it was just above the cap 
of the coil form and the 3324 wouldn't  "quite"  reach it.  I took an 
X-Acto knife and shaved off some of the handle plastic to make the blade 
4.25" long so it would reach!

I still have the "shaved" one around here somewhere!
