[Drake] R-4B transceive adjustment made convenient

I've discovered a screwdriver that is nearly perfect for tweaking the 
C61 transceive alignment trimmer without opening the cabinet.  Xcelite 
makes a model 3324 small screwdriver.  It fits easily through the 
cabinet holes and is long enough to reach down to C61 with room to 
spare.  The only modification it requires is just a little sharpening of 
the blade with a sharpening stone or file - very little is necessary - 
to make it fit into the slot in the C61 adjustment screw.  I've found 
that most of the usual parts places carries it.  I got one from Mouser.
