[Drake] B line on 17 meters

I put mine on 17 with zero problems.  Bought a quality pair of crystals 
from International, so I could work separate transmit and receive.  100 
watts out easily, no special criteria needed, no special tuning.   I 
also put them on 10 mhz, with the same results, but you do have to be 
very careful about tuning the transmitter on 10 mhz.  And I put the 
28.0-28.5 crystal in the transmitter, for independent operation on 10 CW 
as well. 

Plug it in, tune it up, and get on the air.  It was that easy.
