Mike,
   Since the TR-4 is a transceiver, you'll need an external T/R relay to 
switch the antenna between the HT-41  and the TR-4. The HT-41 does not have 
an internal T/R relay. The cut off bias will need to go to contacts on the 
T/R relay and the T/R relay will need to be switched by the AC-4 VOX 
connection. The TR-4 manual shows such connections using two DOW KEY relays.
