[Drake] help with Drake TR4-Cw / Hallicrafters HT-41 amp hook-up

The HT-41 does NOT have an antenna change over relay
built in.

You need external relays on both the input and output
of the amplifier to use it with a transceiver. On
receive the antenna has to be routed around the linear
into the antenna input of the TR-4. When transmitting
the output from the TR-4 has to be routed to the input
of the linear and the antenna has to be routed from
the output of the linear. This requires two separate
relays (although DowKey used to make, may still make,
a dual section relay that was on the same frame work).

I have this Halicrafters HT-41 amp that I have been
using with my HT-37 for a few years and been working
great. For a change I am wanting to use my HT-41 along
with my Drake TR-4Cw . I know this should be an easy
hook-up but something is not just right.

Now with the amp in line my receive has gone away.

Here is the way I have it set up.

(1) coax from out of the transciver into input on the
amp.

(2) coax output on the amp going too antenna.

(3) 2 wire jumper from my Drake AC-4 power supply vox
relay going to amp cutoff Bias terminal strip. I don't
think it matters which wires on the bias terminal
goes.

The amp keys and power output great. Just receive
signal very low. If I remove the transciver coax from
the amp input and direct back to the antenna the
receive comes back in as it should.
