[Drake] R-4C Help

Hello Everyone

I have finally got a R-4C however I have a problem. Of all the pointer 
knobs, one does not have a grub screw and does not have a hole for one, 
which control /switch uses this knob? Anyone on the the list with a spare 
noise blanker for sale and are they any good, I noticed someone has used a 
Ten Tec model 297 noise blanker, is that a better choice?
