[Drake] Original surviving WVa miner is KC8VKZ

I saw a notice on the SignMan of Baton Rouge and did a
little checking and it seems to be true. The callsign
checks out in the FCC database.  The following message
was sent out by AA6DX on a couple of other mailing
lists, and I had must missed it. Perhaps you did too.

SURVIVING MINER HAM KC8VKZ.

ENCLOSE A BUCK OR TWO OR WHATEVER ..   We do that for
DX when we send a QSL . JUST LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF
HITS NATIONAL MEDIA HAS GENERATED . .. 
and, drop a green stamp or two in that envelope . his
family can sure use it, I bet!
