Dale -

Certainly looks like a viable substitute.  The only thing I see (aside 
from the obvious socket change!) is that the 16A (6JM6) outline shows 
that the "seated height" can be 1/8" taller (Max) than the 32A (6JB6) 
which shouldn't be significant in the T-4(any) transmitters. 

Otherwise looks good!
