	Robert, if you have about 0.45A current and only 30 or 40 watts out, there's 
somewhere in there in your radio where the excess power is being dissipated, 
beware or you'll destroy the tubes!.
At 650 plate volts, it is nearly 300 watts input. Check the antenna transfer 
relay, or the pi output components (bandswitch included).
