[Drake] Low output on T4XC

Hmmmm!

Does the T-4XCX work on other bands?  That would then lead to a weak band 
xtal, or band switch contact, or parts related to that area.  I have seen 
all of those failures.  Learning experience aka working for less than 
minimum wage.
