[Drake] Low output on T4XC

George,

Does the T-4XC PTO drive the R-4C?  If not I would suspect the output of 
the PTO is bad.  I have repaired a couple of PTOs for no output in the 
past.  Try tuning around the 5-5.5 MHz range with a receiver and compare 
the R-4C to the T-4XC.   They should be approximately equal strength as 
they are the same circuit.
