[Drake] Drake TR-3 and RV-3

Chris -

Briefly, it's an OK SSB rig.  The RV-3 gives you "RIT" function.  All 
three pieces probably need all electrolytic caps replaced, and the 
finals (three each 12JB6) may also need to be replaced.   Only fair 
receive selectivity with four-pole discrete filters, and only fair 
unwanted sideband and carrier suppression for the same reason.  Filters 
are often bad as well.

Less than competent CW rig.  Manual Transmit/Receive switching, fixed 
filter bandwidth of ~ 3 kHz.

Worth depends on the market.  If they are pristine, possibly of interest 
to a collector.  Otherwise, personally, I'd say $100-150 for all three.
