[Drake] R-4B calibrator problem

Thanks to everyone who responded.  I finally got around to probing this 
further
Harvey was first (of several) to identify the correct problem.  It was 
indeed C192, which had become quite leaky.  A quick replacement from RS 
(of all places) and it's a happy R-4B, and operator.
