Chris:
Capacitor C192, 1000 uF, is a common failure in the Drake R-4B
receiver. It is a filter capacitor on the output of the half-wave
rectifier, D16, of the filament supply and provides the filtered
operating voltage for the two 923 flip-flops and the 100 kHz oscillator.
