[Drake] Feed through on R4B

Years ago we used two Drake 4 lines (A & B) co-located at one shack.  If 
they were on the same sideband, then they interfered with each other on the 
IF frequency.  What we had to do was use one on the higher bands and the 
other on 40 or 80 meters.  Then we could use a Heath and not have 
interference with either Drake rig.

I tell you this because although I don't know why your rig did not mute 
completely, this IF interference may be the source of the anomaly you hear.

Mine's the A, but dirty relay contact, bad RCA connection or even the
sens & gain pots could all cause that.   At least the more simple causes...
