[Drake] RE; HELP-TR7

After my prolonged visit to the hospital I am finally trying to
fix my TR7. I have made a lot of progress I think I am now
facing the final problem.
The symptoms are::::::::: When receiving on 7.xxxx and I switch
the bandswitch to 14.xxxxxxxx it stays at 7.xxxxx. If i then move the
bandswitch to 21.xxxx and then back to 14.xxxx it works 14.xxx
fine. Also if I try to go from 7.xxxx to 14.xxx with the band switch
it stays at 7.xxx BUT by just  moving the Aux program switch from
normal up one position and back to normal it goes to7.xxx fine.
Like some oscillator  needs a jump start. Any and all suggestions
will be appreciated. Mny Tnx in advance es
