[Drake] coil voltage vox relay?

Hi,

As I recall from when I was into my L-4-B to install a soft start and delay 
circuit, the antenna relay voltage is between 24 and 30V.  I don't have the 
schematic with me since I am out of town for the weekend, but I think that is 
correct.
