[Drake] coil voltage vox relay?

Simply measure the voltage at the PTT jack on the back of the amplifier.
With the amplifier enabled with the buypass switch, on the ALC pot, you
will measure the coil voltage. This voltage will be slightly higher without
the amplifier actually keyed (becasue of the relay supply voltage drop) but
it will get you close.
