Possible, but not probable.  The SP-75 is a single circuit board and remember, it was assembled in the late 70's to early 80's.  Very simple assembly and the board easily slips in and out of the simple chassis.  The manual gives a tuneup procedure with test point access from the top side after you remove the chassis cover (not the panel).  

Since the list doesn't pass attachments, I will email anyone a picture of the SP-75 if they contact me DIRECT.

Where is Bill Frost these days??
