Thanks to everyone for help on the PTO last night, lost a little sleep but 
all is well with it now,

One last problem I could use a hint or two on.  Receiver sensitivity has just 
dropped like a rock, tube swaps don't help, measured AVC test point and get 
-85v on standby and -14 in operate (explaining loss in sensitivity) tube swaps 
don't effect it - is there a component or two known to fail causing AVC to go 
way negative?

As always, any help greatly appreciated.
