[Drake] TR4-CW

Hello,
    I have a Drake TR4-CW/rit & when I change bands, the calibrated freq changes at least 5kc or more.  In other words, I have to re-calibrate in excess of 5 kc & on some bands 15kc.  Is there anything I can do to correct this?   I've looked through the alignment directions in the manual, but didn't see anything.

Also, the PTO has a bit of a drift problem.  It drifts down in freq & continues even after warmed up for over a hour.  It will drift about 2 to 3 kc down in freq over that time.  The drift seems to continue even after the rig has been on for 2 hours.

Any thoughts & help for these two problems sure will be appreciated!
