[Drake] TR7 hot s meter

Dunno how this is supposed to work but I did not see my message appear
..anyhow if it did , disregard .. I have resolved the issue of "hot" S meter
using Drake TR7 manual alignment procedure. Basically , I still used the TR7
svc manual method  BUT with a sig gen set to 30 uv on 14 mhz .. then
iterated between R1128 and R1105 .. and when thru the meter is also pretty
good over about  40 db range according to my 608 sig gen ..
