It pulls from the case....I cannot locate any
info in my books as to the rated CFM...Is
not terribly forceful, so as to remain fairly
quiet.   I suppose 350 or so.   Then again,
mine starts pretty slowly and may be wearing
out.

How is everybody elses in this regard (starting speed)?
