Chris,

For some 'very-long-ago-and-far-away' reason, the 'CM' portion of the part
number might stand for Chicago Miniature Lamp Co.   Many of their older part
numbers began with 'CM', so that might be a place to start.  At this time,
there's no way to determine if CM still manufactures that lamp.

If 'CM' is not a Chicago Miniature item, I'm as lost as you are..<grin>
