The TELEDYNE 712 series of relays is DPDT TO-5 and would likely satisfy your
needs. Teledyne offers them in 5, 6, 12, 18 & 26 VDC coils. They may offer
a SPST version, I didn't look further. I see them every so often at
hamfests here in the States. I would try a GOOGLE search on TELEDYNE relays
or TELEDYNE relays 712.
