[Drake] Drake microphone plug sizes, etc.

I have a T4XC that has a 1/4 inch microphone plug. If it has been changed,
whoever did it, did an EXCELLENT job of it. If you did not know it was
changed, you would think it was stock! Even the soldering looks like it came
from the factory!

| You are on the right track.  The jack is .210" and the plug is .206" as
| originally supplied by Drake.  You are correct that the jacks, straight
| and right angle plugs are all available from switchcraft through their
| distributors for reasonable prices.  There is nothing "rare" about them.
| You can use either the right angle or straight plugs with any of the
| transmitters, it is your preference.  With the jacks on the side of the
| tranceivers and earlier transmitters, it was easier to have a right angle
| plug.  The only "rare" plugs might be the original Kings brand supplied
| by Collins which are no longer manufactured but they are the same as
| the switchcraft 480.
