[Drake] Drake L4B/8877 Retrofit( annotations)

Finally got my act together and found the notes related to the Drake
project. They're appended here for your information. The last of digitals
depicts some of the components installed on the upper deck. All the HV
parasitic accessory items have been installed and a more recent digital
