[Drake] re source of drive belts for FPM-300

I had the same belt problem years ago with the 300 I had, I looked all
over for a replacement..even tried vacuum cleaner shops to no avail.
Finally, I found a small piece of chain at the hardware store that fit
the teeth nicely and retrofitted the radio with that. It worked great, I
used it that way for the remaining 3 years I owned it. Just my .02.
