Instead of Sentry, try International Crystal, 10 North Lee Street, Oklahoma City. I don't know the zip code off the "top of my head". However, they are on the Internet. Years ago, when all the 2 meter FM equipment was basically Motorola or GE, several local Dallas area amateurs tried Sentry. Their results were not satisfactory. However, that was over 30 years ago and hopefully Sentry has improved over the years. It has been my experience that International already has the information necessary to produce a correct crystal for virtually any equipment made. I haven't asked for any crystals for the Drake equipment, but I have gotten them for various Collins, Heath, as well as commercial tolerances for Motorola and General Electric. They are not the cheapest place around, but they definitely guarantee the crystals to work and guarantee them for life. A while back I had a crystal go bad in a homebrew converter for 432 MHz. It was well over 30 years old. International furnished a new crystal at no cost! The only thing that cost me was the postage to send the old crystal up to Oklahoma City.
