[Drake] T-4XC Low output on 15m

Good morning!

I have an odd problem with my T-4XC, 28K s/n.

I checked out a set of new finals and had difficulty in neutralizing them. 
I reinstalled the old, tired, but adequate finals & still could not 
neutralize the PA.  Finally determined that C47 had gone south...replaced 
the cap & neutralized the PA with no problem.

However, 15m output is now low, 15w or so...compared to 85w before on the 
old finals.  I cannot visualize the rig just going out of alignment on 15m 
- too much of a coincidence.   RF Tune, Plate & Load settings are all as 
they were before I tried the new finals.  All other bands are fine.   A new 
driver helped a little.  There are no obvious smoked components.

Does anyone have any ideas?
