hi Ron,
I'd be glad to email the manual to you. Sounds like you need alignment for
the PB problem, and maybe de-oxit on switch contacts will help some of the
others. Nothing sounds like a bad tube. If it's not humming, electrolytics
are OK. Rarely any other cap problems.
