[DCART] DCART meeting

The Douglas County ARES/RACES Team will be meeting Monday evening (the 19th) at 6:30PM.

The meeting place remains at Firestation #2 (1225 Douglas Avenue) in Gardnerville.

Finish up ICS100, pass the test (open book) and on to the good stuff.  Several opportunities for learning, but mostly fun, for the summer months.  Lots of radio activity scheduled.
