[DCART] 50/50 race

Another opportunity for DCART members to hone skills and have some fun.

May 19th is the timing for an interesting walking-running race out of Verdi. 
Radio operators are needed.  This is an interesting activity and will get 
you out into the countryside for an interesting day.  It is suggested that 
your father's Oldsmobile is not the best vehicle for this - maybe a little 
older SUV or pickemup.  If the past is any indication, there will be a get 
together after the race, meeting your fellow communicators, and enjoying a 
bit of food.
