To all members of the Delmarva Amateur Radio Club;

Next month there will be the election of your club officers.  If you
would like to nominate anyone (with their consent) or yourself for an
office, please let us know.  We are going to need some additional
participation by more members to keep the club viable.  We presently have
sixty five (65) club members and only average about six (6) members
(including officers) at a board meeting where all members are invited. 
We are going to need a new Secretary as I will not be available to attend
most of the board meetings in 2005. I can remain as Membership chairman
unless someone else would like to take their turn.

If you would like to nominate someone or need additional information you
can either respond to this e-mail, contact one of the club officers,
contact me (John NQ4Q) at 410-208-1398, attend the board of directors
meeting at the QTH of N3PXT in Fruitland, MD on Wednesday October 27th at
7:30 PM, or attend the semi-annual dinner meeting at Dayton's Restaurant
in Salisbury, MD on November 17th at 6:30 PM.
