[DARC] Code class follow up

The Morse class has finished with great results, the following passed 
element 1 and are now Technician class with code:

KB3LEF  Adam
KB3ISA   Willy

In addition Keith KB3IWV passed element 3 as well as element 1 for  General 
class privileges.

Thanks to Al (W3QU) and Annie Nocar for the hospitality and the use of 
their terrific Rec room,

If their is interest we can do this again early next year.


A Morse code training and testing machine for the hearing impaired, using 
led's to generate flashing lights, has been developed by a volunteer for 
one of our VE Teams.

The machine is battery-powered.  Input to the machine can be either from a 
tape recorder or a keyer.  In addition, the CW output of a Ham Radio 
Receiver could also be translated into a light signal.

The developer of this machine is making it available for use by any LARC VE 
Team or a club conducting Morse code classes.  He asks in return that you 
provide him with a report on your experiences using the machine.
