I have a friend who is a new ham, who wanted to register as a user on w8heq. He went to the following TNG page:

Then on that page he clicked on this link:

https://w8heq.dstargateway.org/Dstar.do

The link fails. Who can help the new ham get registered? Who can update the link on TNG?
