December is home to the shortest period of daylight in the year (for
northern latitudes).  The Farmers' Almanac pegs the time of the 2020 winter
solstice to December 21st at 5:02AM EST.  Interesting that an event we
commonly think of based on the hours of daylight occurs before sunrise.  In
preparing quiz #123 (timed to the solstice), I stumbled on a couple
interesting questions in the General and Extra pools that are almost
identical and they became the basis for this quiz.  Comparing the available
answers should allow you to correctly answer those by process of
elimination!  The Technician question pool has the largest number of safety
questions, so that important topic was selected.
